In order to cultivate employees' professional ethics, shape a sunny mentality and improve professional quality, the company held employee 5S and professional quality training in the training room on the third floor of Yuguang Technology Co., Ltd. on May 18, 2021, and many employees participated in this training. In the training course, we gathered together to discuss the content and essence of 5S management: the main teacher explained in detail the sorting, rectification, cleaning, cleaning, literacy, etc. of 5S, deepened the understanding of employees by listing explanations, adopted a combination of theoretical knowledge and real environment, and refined the ethical standards in the work process in a more detailed manner, and the employees who participated in the training carefully recorded, listened carefully, and participated in the training exam after the training. 5S management creates a clear working environment by standardizing the site, and its ultimate goal is to improve the quality of people and develop good working habits.
